Affordable Housing Vote Funding Vote in November

At our September FIA meeting, NOLA City Councilmember Lesli Harris (Dist. B) spoke to us about a proposal that will be on the November ballot to dedicate 2% of the city's annual budget to "preserve and expand the supply of affordable housing" in the city.
